For decades, Quincy University has prepared for its future by adopting a strategic plan and measuring the university’s progress and improvements against the goals set by the strategic plan. Typically, the current strategic plan sets goals in such areas as the development of new programs, the growth of financial resources supporting continuing operations, and the enhancement of student and alumni services.

Beginning in 2023, QU shifted to the development and regular review of a separate Facilities Master Plan, which is intended to guide improvements to campus and information infrastructure and to complement the goals outlined in the institution’s current strategic plan.
